This famous trattoria restaurant in the heart of Città della Pieve, at the border between Umbria and Tuscany, was restored thanks to a project by Open Studio and a concept by Firouz Galdo.

The core of the project is represented by the counters where the owners-managers cook the food in front of the customers. The front side of the counters and the wall cladding are in black-painted fir wood, decorated with mouldings that, only for the wall cladding, include some elements of aged mirrors. The Carrara marble completes the counters and enriches the details. A central shelf system in raw iron and backlit methacrylate creates a visual filter between the two areas of the restaurant and shows the wine cellar. The peripheral sofas in Capitonné complete the space and give a refined style to the restaurant.
