Devoto took care of the engineering, production and installation of the structure of this restaurant. The choice of the materials fell on the fir and larch wood, in order to keep the same style of the surrounding location. Both essences were brushed and finished with grayish paint – this operation gave a contemporary look to the entire space. The structural part is made of lamellar wood beams and technical aluminum junctions that make it possible to disassemble the entire structure. On the pillars and beams structure lies a shelter made of a thick brise-soleil and defined by glass surfaces.
