Fremantle Italy new headquarters in Rome: between creativity and design
The new Fremantle Italy headquarters in Rome takes shape in the former Alpheus spaces: a project signed by Brainfactory and delivered by Devoto Design, where custom furnishings, scene props, and colours give life to a creative and strongly identifying environment.

Fremantle Italy headquarters in Rome: the project of the former Alpheus
The new Fremantle Italy headquarters in Rome are located in the lively Garbatella neighbourhood, inside the former discoteque Alpheus. Here, an industrial and urban context that proved to be the perfect place to welcome one of the biggest Italian production industries.
Moreover, the project is indeed the result of the cooperation with Brainfactory, an interior design firm Devoto has already worked with in the past, a relationship based on trust, dialogue and shared vision.
“WORKING WITH DEVOTO HAS BEEN A GREAT PROFESSIONAL EXCHANGE, both in terms of production strategy and the targeted selection of materials, but also – and above all – in cost optimization. Adhering to the technical drawings within the timelines set by the client therefore created a highly successful and effective working synergy” (Marco Marotto and Paola Oliva, Brain Factory)
Open space and visual identity
The Fremantle Italy headquarters are marked by wide and open spaces, thus conceived to encourage collaboration, dialogue and creativity.
In particular, the colour white dominates the spaces and turns into a neutral canvas. As a result, custom furnishings, graphic elements, and iconic stage props coming from the most famous formats produced by the company can easily stick out.
Symbolic props like the massive X of X-Factor or the stage seat of The Young Pope turn the headquarters into a three-dimensional tale of the Fremantle world.
Bespoke interiors for the Fremantle Italy headquarters in Rome
Devoto Design produced all the bespoke interiors that fit the place in an endless dialogue with the space and the identity of the brand.
A special mention to the big cobalt blue volumes, Fremantle’s corporate colour, that define functional areas and separate them from the rest of the open space: phone booth, technical and service areas that stick out as big and easily-spotted “cubes”.
We can find the same blue on some metal wall surfaces and on the lockers, creating a strong visual continuity throughout the space. The freetime areas, instead, are defined by the presence of yellow chairs, which give the whole environment a more informal and vibrant atmosphere.
Fremantle Italy headquarters: colours, greenery, and comfort
Another key feature of the project is also the presence of greenery. Potted plants and small trees are scattered throughout the place, thereby enhancing the perception of wellness and comfort in these bright and airy areas.
The combination of colour, nature, and bespoke interiors therefore create a workplace with a marked contemporary and dynamic identity.
Another workplace project in Rome signed by Devoto Design
“THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN STIMULATING AND SATISFYING since day 1 to me. The dialogue and collaboration with the Interior Designer and the Client played a central and essential role, making the project an efficient and at the same time pleasant journey.” Benedetta (Project & Site Manager)
The Fremantle Italy headquarters project is one of the most valuable works of the past few years for Devoto Design, where design, function, and storytelling seamlessly come together. The result is a space that perfectly expresses the creative soul of the client, translating its identity into a coherent and engaging environment.
