Devoto Design: tired but happy, let’s wrap up this year

Devoto Design 2025: a year of great achievements behind us and new challenges ahead, marked by milestones reached and ambitious projects for the future.

2024 has been a year of commitment, challenges, and great satisfaction for Devoto Design. A year that we are closing with pride and a touch of emotion, crowned by an extraordinary achievement: we have obtained the UNI PdR 125 Gender Equality Certification. This recognition represents not only a goal achieved but also the expression of the values that have always guided us: equality, respect, and inclusion. It is the best way to end up an intense but incredibly rewarding journey. We are truly “tired but happy”.

A year of great projects

Every project we’ve delivered this year tells a story about us: our passion for design, our commitment to excellence, and our drive for innovation

• VENICE LA FENICE THEATRE:We were entrusted with the task of designing and building the ticket office, bar, and bookshop for the renovation of a renowned Venetian theater. Working alongside SGA Studio Giallombardo Architettura, we created a space that seamlessly merged the theater’s historic charm with contemporary functionality.

• HOTEL RADISSON ROMA ANTICA: As Interior Contractors, we have successfully completed an ambitious project that has revitalized the spaces of this iconic Roman hotel. From the rooms to the public areas, every detail reflects the elegance and functionality that characterize our work.

• DELOITTE ROME AND MILAN HEADQUARTERS: Our tailored design solutions have been brought to Deloitte’s workspaces. The Rome office is now complete, and our multi-phase project in Milan is due for completion in February 2025.

• CUBO CHAPEL: Another work for Campus Biomedico: we have crafted a suspended ceiling for the Chapel that seamlessly blends technical precision and aesthetic appeal.

• COUNTRY HOUSE: As a General Contractor, we oversaw all MEP systems, as well as structural renovations and custom-made furnishings, transforming this property into a welcoming residence immersed in nature.

• HOUSE M: We’ve just finished a stunning luxury apartment in Rome, ready for the holidays! From the interiors to the custom furniture, every detail is perfect – both stylish and cozy.

2024 has been a year of growth, marked by numerous meetings and awards that have solidified our path.”

Kengo Kuma‘s visit was both inspiring and a unique opportunity for growth.

We participated in FAR, an event that celebrates the best of contemporary design in Rome.

Marianna Devoto received a significant personal award in July as best businesswoman in the Italian Interior design industry.

Between April and October, we expanded our reach overseas, participating in an AIA Masterclass in Miami, delivering a lecture at the University of Miami, and organizing an event at the Miami DCOTA.

Devoto Design 2025: our future in progress

We look forward to 2025 with enthusiasm and new projects that continue to push us beyond our limits:

• Milan Thermal Centre: A real wellness retreat, opening its doors in March 2025.

• Hotel Romeo: Luxury and attention to details for a project that will be ready for the first months of 2025.

• Santo Palato restaurant in Rome: A project that joins design and Italian food tradition.
• Hotel Massa Lubrense: An out-of-time location, to be completed in 2026.
• Private residence in Switzerland: Bespoke elegnace, ready for the first half of2025.
