Devoto Design has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification, as verification of our commitment to an equal, inclusive and sustainable work environment.
Gender equality certification: a goal achieved through a shared path
The UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification is more than a formal recognition to us. It is the result of a shared path, as a company and as a community, to create a work environment where everybody can feel enhanced and appreciated.
What does this gender equality certification mean to Devoto Design?
We got the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification as the recognition to our commitment to promote an equal and inclusive work environment.
This achivement pushes us to keep putting at the center some essential values like:
- GENDER PAY EQUALITY, which is already one of our strong points
- LIFE – WORK BALANCE, traslated into concrete actions that support employees at every stage of their lives
- THE CREATION OF OPPORTUNIES of professional growth that overcome all gender barriers.
The role of people in our success
This achievement is the result of the daily commitment of those who work at Devoto Design. We are proud to be a women-led company and that the 66% of our leadership roles are covered by women professionals that everyday remind us how inclusion is a precious resource.
