Giulietta is the concept of pizzeria proposed by chef Cristina Bowerman and Fabio Spada within the multi-purpose project that also includes Romeo Chef & Baker and Frigo.

Giulietta is characterized by a design with a strong contemporary impact and a mix of technology and geometric features that totally undermines the traditional pizzeria format. An architectural element with large ceiling surfaces contains numerous movable blocks that can be configured according to the functional needs of the room and consequently determine the right lighting comfort for all customers at all times. At the center of the room, a large Carrara marble counter embraces the work area of the two pizza ovens dedicated respectively to Neapolitan pizza and Roman pizza, to underline the dualism of the gastronomic proposal. Here the walls maintain the original cement finish and are characterized by the presence of small staves suspended in wood.

Devoto Design has created these Interiors managing the mix of materials, finishes and geometries designed for Giulietta by architect Andrea Lupacchini.
