Devoto Design: 2025, a year of transformation and iconic projects

For Devoto Design, 2025 has been a year of deep transformation, iconic projects, and new awareness. Through remarkable collaborations, team growth, gender equality, and digitalization, we have laid the groundwork for the future.

Devoto Design’s 2025: the year that changed us

2025 has been a complex and intense year.
A year of deep changes, some necessary, some inevitable.
The year we decided to stop to think and focus on what really matters.

Above all, it has been the year a key awareness became clear: the value of the group, of being and feeling part of a team, of the importance of the people that everyday make our work possible.

Devoto Design 2025: the year of Romeo Rome

2025 has finally been the year of Romeo Rome.
After four years of works, we were finally able to share what we did for the public areas of the hotel: a long journey, an intense experience that taught us a lot.

A project that has paid us back with prizes and important ackowledgements, strengthening Devoto Design’s positiong in the creation of organic shapes, complex surfaces, and strongly customized interiors.

Devoto Design 2025: the year of Romeo Mare

2025 has also been the year Romeo Mare started to take shape.
Another complex project that has given us the chance to work with a starchitect like Kengo Kuma and his team. They proved to be great professionals (no doubt about it), cooperative, sympathetic, and together we are giving birth to a refined, elegant project, a dream coming true!

An experience made of dialogue, respect, and authentic cooperation, that is expected to be completed in 2026.

The gender equality certification: from ideas to actions

Since we got the certification at the end of 2024, it is in 2025 that the ideas behind it have actually started to turn into actions and we have had the first results.
The year ideas turned into actions, processes, and a stronger internal awareness.

An ongoing project that is going to change and develop in the next few years.

A year of changes in the company chart

2025 has also been a year of changes within the team.
Some people decided to conclude their journey with us after years of work together, intense experiences and mutual growth. To them goes our sincere thanks, human before professional.

At the same time, new people have joined the Devoto Design team, bringing in fresh energy, new points of view, and personal and professional experience and knowledge
A natural exchange that is renovating and strengthening the team.

New spaces to work better together

In 2025 we have started the restyling of our offices, a project that will be completed next year.
An intervention that we felt necessary to rethink the way we live the places we work in, fostering sharing, discussion, and moments of togetherness.

Cooperations that create value

2025 has been rich in meaningful relationships.
New cooperations with studios like Pininfarina, Rockwell, Kengo Kuma and Partisans have complemented long-standing relationships with partners and clients who continue to choose Devoto Design.

The dialogue with design studios, consultants and long-standing clients have given birth to stimulating and often complex projects, marked by  technical, three-dimensional and time-related challenges, that tested us and helped us grow.

2025 and the digital transformation

After years of research and experimentation, 2025 marked an important  turning point for the digitalization of our processes
We have started implementing a new integrated management software that will help us share information more quickly, align day-to-day operations, and improve the management of the project activities.

A strategic investment for the future growth of Devoto Design.

Looking ahead

In a nutshell, we could say that 2025 has been a year of transformation.
Not the destination, but a transition step that has empowered our identity, vision, and work methodology.

2026 is around the corner.
And we are ready to face it, together.
